College Access & Secondary Education

Through our Open Doors College Tour, we introduce young people to higher education, campus life, and opportunities beyond their immediate communities. We aim to offer college tours each fall and spring, helping participants explore educational pathways, envision their futures, and make informed decisions about their next steps.

Our long-term vision includes expanding access to SAT preparation, academic resources, and support that helps young people prepare for continued education.

Financial Literacy & Economic Empowerment

We want every young person to have the tools to make informed financial decisions and build a stronger foundation for adulthood. Through planned partnerships with TD Bank and other community and financial institutions, we aim to offer financial literacy education focused on budgeting, saving, credit, banking, financial responsibility, and long-term financial well-being.

Workforce Pathways & Career Readiness

Success does not follow a single path. We aim to help young people explore opportunities through skilled trades, community colleges, industry-recognized certifications, and other career and training programs. By connecting participants with resources, information, and community partners, we want to help them identify pathways aligned with their interests, strengths, and goals.
